Like new condition - only used a couple of times. It comes with two AC units and the sofa has recliners at each seat. We swapped out one bench on the dinette for two chairs and purchased an electric adjustable table/desk in place of the dinette table. Everything else is stock. Everything works perfect. Only imperfection I know of is a scrape at the bottom of the pantry door. See the picture. We love the walk around queen bed and the spacious mid bath. The kitchen has tons of counter space and a large sink. Nice electric fireplace that can easily heat the camper. Alliance is an amazing brand. Some unexpected life changes are forcing us to sell - otherwise I would not want to part with this RV.
