Overall good condition with wear and tear that comes with any RV. The RV has been meticulously maintained and I have records of both RV inspections and multipoint vehicle inspections. The last vehicle inspection was done a few weeks ago.Mileage: 44,000Exterior Conditions: Some minor scratches from tree branch and dog jumping. Driver side door and upper right side.Interior Condition: Torn cushion, normal wear and tearModifications/Upgrades: Bolted spare tire to roof rack (vehicle does not come with a spare tire), bolted traction pads to the roof rack, added hooks to secure a 5 gallon drinking bottle, replaced manufacturer installed sliding screen door with a new one after it broke a second time after the dealer repairing it.Tires: Replaced in September of 2023, have about 10,000 miles on them.
