The RV is 31 ft bunkhouse style RV that has been professionally maintained. It has just over 40,000 miles on it and has brand new tires. My adult son is disabled, so we have installed a few grab bars throughout the rig to help him get around. Other than that we hadn't make any other significant modifications. It's in great shape.
