Very lightly used, No pets and non smokers. This layout is the 44F which contains bunk beds. The bunks are great if you have little travelers or if you are going it alone the bunk raises to give an extra large closet. Midship bathroom is fabulous….guests are not disturbing you in bedroom while taking showers. All original bedding (never used). Bunk bedding was custom made. Comes with Directv satellite (you supply receivers) and satellite internet.
