Description

  • Phoenix USA makes top of the line exceptional quality RVs. I've owned this cruiser since 2011. Indoor storage for past 13 years. Powered by the Ford V10 engine with 3 speed + OD all on the E350 super duty chassis. Runs and handles great. No fluid leaks. Interior is in terrific condition with no tears. Flooring is vinyl in the kitchen and bath with carpet in the dining area. Cabinets have solid wood fronts. The power sofa converts into a bed. Additional sleeping area above the cab. Also, dining table lowers to create sleeping area. All appliances work as they should. There are no water leaks. Slide room operates smoothly. In an emergency, the slide room does have a manual crank capability that would allow you to bring in the slide. New brakes + rotors in 2022. New Firestone tires in 2016 (app 20K miles since). 30 amp service with 35 ft power cord. Note in one of the RV photos there is a custom made aluminum storage box on the rear. This box is supported by two steel rails that fit into two additional class III receivers. The box is capable of holding hundreds of pounds of gear. Its included with the sale.RV features: Norcold N621 6 cu ft frig (elec or gas), Sharp convection oven/microwave, two burner gas cooktop, 6 gal gas water heater, gas furnace, outdoor shower, backup camera, 4K watt Onan generator, 12lb LP gas tank, manual crank awning, 11K btu ac/w heat strip, rear ladder, Winegard TV antenna + booster, 24 Samsung TV, fan-tastic power vent, full Sunbrella custom outdoor storage cover (never used), vehicle battery new 11/2020, auxiliary house battery new 1/2016.It is a non-smoking and pet free unit. Everything works as it should with two exceptions. Exception #1: I never use the generator. Therefore, it will not start. Years ago before a trip out west I had it repaired. It required a new carburetor. The technician then told me I needed to start it up at least once a month every month or else I would be back to see him again. Well, I did not take his advice and now I know he was right. The generator will need a tune up. It cranks just fine but will not start. Exception #2: The sofa bed has an issue. Everything electrically works fine although when it comes time to convert from the bed back to the sofa it requires a lift and push action. Im pretty sure the slide rail underneath needs repair. Reason for selling: I just bought a new larger Phoenix Cruiser 2351.
