History - Original owner was military and sold because he had orders. I am second owner bought during COVID. Unfortunately did not use camper like I thought. Only used once last year. Husband has physical mobility issues and truck transmission going out. I am overwhelmed with trying to upkeep and maintain camper by myself. Love the camper, just not able to enjoy like I hoped.

Condition - I would say camper it is in good condition. No electrical issues that I am aware of. Fridge works, heat/AC, water heater and pump all work. I noticed some discoloration in flooring in storage area, so think there might have been a leak. I caulked the outside this fall so hoping that resolved issue. Inside flooring in camper has not been effected, just storage areas.

Great for couples or single person. Can sleep 3, a little tight, but ok for short trips. I liked how cabinets were all wood, higher quality craftsmanship with tons of storage. We ended up putting a lift package on camper to give higher clearance. Bath is a wet bath. We always just used bath house at campsite. It does have solar so you can go boon-docking.
