We enhanced the van when we purchased it in 2017. We invested in over $5000 to make this van special and serve the needs of a van where space and amenities are needed:-

— Removed microwave and added two additional drawers for needed storage capacity.

—Refaced cabinetry for more modern colors

-Added Lagun table ($300)

-Replaced problematic power awning with manual ($300)

-Upgraded stereo with apple play ($750)

-Mounted wire storage baskets under kitchen and beds ($50)

-Added shelves in closet

-Added safe to store valuables ($60)

-Installed diamond plate to back wall ($300)

-Added access door under toilet

-Upgraded beds with memory foam mattress ($250)

-Rear mount tire and rack ($1200)

-Re-enforced hitched ($700)

-Stowaway box ($750)

-Insulated rear window covers ($200)

-Bug screen on slider door entry ($200)

-Front window bug screens ($200)

Its a seven year old van now with some scratches and road nicks. But its been regularly maintained, stored under an awning and new chassis batter, tires are only 2 years old. Generator will need servicing as it surges and stalls. For a van this age with low miles, it will be hard to find something comparable with all the extras and how well loved it has been. Our needs have changed and now its time for someone else to love this van.
