Tons of upgrades- keypad entry on the main door, voltage meter, battery disconnect , upgraded bath fan/ light, all LED bulbs , 32" TV included, new futon sofa, Pot/pan drawer added, upgraded interior speakers, about 2 year old goodyears, new bearings and self adjusting drum brakes at the same time. battery about 18 months old, 13,5 AC , 30 amp, inside kitchen 3 burner stove/ oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dual basin sink with pulldown faucet, oversized dinette . Bedroom has queen hybrid mattress, dual pocket doors, dual wardrobes, storage under the bed. bathroom has stand up shower , curved shower rod, porcelain toilet, residential faucet bunk room has 2 bunks and 2 flip out chairs and the spacious slide. husky centerline weight distribution/ sway control included, manual level jacks with drill socket and hand crank. some delamination on front sides of the camper with some warping of the paneling front driver side. see pics , 1 of the front cap lights is out. Front cap repainted with Bed liner material about 5 years ago due to faded cap. I am not aware of any other mechanical issues. was used for 4 days straight just before winterizing, great family layout. I will remove the post when sold, it is in storage so I will need to get it to view
