Very nice and well maintained, over the last 6 years or less  both A/C’s have been replaced also has G114 Goodyear tires. All hydraulic hoses have been replaced has plank flooring and remodeled the inside. Also removed original refrigerator and replaced with Samsung residential refrigerator .This trailer has a 2 piece fiberglass roof that you won’t see on a trailer very often.King bed is very comfortable with after market mattress.I had the front cap repainted about 3 years ago. It has a hydraulic problem that Lippert,which is the manufacture of the system thought it was a leaking valve so I changed all eight of them and that didn’t fix the problem so I’m going to sell as is. lt also has a ding on the top right side where I backed into the eve of my home.I would be willing to make some concessions on the selling price to help with fixing these two problems ! You would need a one ton srw truck to tow it with!
