This is a BEAUTIFUL, lightly used 5th wheel from Tiffin's Van Leigh Beacon lineup and it is located in Belmont MS. I am helping the owner market and sell this 5th wheel. The Beacon is, in the owner's words, the closest thing that they could get to a Phaeton fit and finish, but in a 5th wheel. The reason for selling is that the lady of the house has health problems, specifically MS, that prevent her from being able to travel in the truck for long periods of time. In fact, the last few times hat they have used the Beacon he has flown her to the destination and then he drives the truck and 5th wheel to their destination, usually PCB or Pensacola. They love it, but it is not ideal for them anymore.

For those wondering what tow vehicle works best, he used a 2024 GMC 3500 Denali. A one ton Dually has no trouble with this load. His hitch was a Trailer Saver BD5 for the GMC/Chevy series and it was a puck hitch. If you are interested in tow vehicle and hitch along with the 5th wheel, please let me know. The truck has a Transfer Flow 50 gal aux fuel tank in the front of the bed as well and has right at 22000 miles on the odometer.

This is a one owner coach. It was garaged when not in use and is winterized right now. It is loaded with all but just a couple of options that were not able to be installed at build time due to shortages in components from the manufacturer. It has a gen set, but lacks the actual generator. It has 3 air conditioning units, but only the front a/c has a heat pump. The stove and oven have never been cooked on or in. The fridge was lightly used. The bedroom originally had a king bed, but they modified the platform for a queen bed to give her more room to make it easier to walk around the bed and make it up. They added a tension rod and shower curtain behind the retractable shower door. As far as common problems gothe frame flex issue was fixed at the Tiffin Service Center in Red Bay Alabama. Since ease of towing and comfort of travel is very important to the owners, he chose to upgrade the suspension on this 5th wheel. This coach has Mor Ryde Independent Suspension, Upgraded 8K axles, and Hydraulic Disc Brakes. This coach has 2 awnings and original fabric was white vinyl, which they changed to black Sunbrella awning fabric.

This 5th wheel would be a fantastic choice for full time living. It will perform particularly well in cold climates. It features a 42000 BTU furnace, 7200 BTU electric fireplace, R-45 floor and roof insulation, Whisper quiet A/C system with front heat pump that will automatically switch the furnace on once it is too cold for the Heat Pump to keep up, fully enclosed and heated underbelly with heat return, 12V electric tank heaters, 10 gallon gas/electric quick recovery water heater, and dual pane windows.

Inside the coach, you will find comfort and ease of use. There is plenty of seating and extra sleeping in the raised rear living area with tons of storage underneath that space in the basement. The televator pops up with a large smart tv and there is a nifty electric fireplace underneath. The theatre seats sit straight on from the tv for the best viewing. In the opposing slideouts are sofas that make into beds that span the width of the coach when extended. Down in the kitchen there is more storage in that one space then most 5th wheels have in the entire unit. The pantry space alone is reason enough to own this coach. Up in the bathroom there is a massive shower, porcelain toilet, and fabulous vanity and medicine cabinet. In the bedroom the headboard is on a slide out and features a queen bed, big closet with great lighting and a stacked washer and dryer. Across from the bedroom hangs a television on the wall over the chest of drawers.

This has everything that you could want in a 5th wheel for a fraction of the cost of when it was brand new. No smoking and no pets and light use make for the most appealing pre owned condition that you could ever ask for.
