Our unit was purchased May 2022. The unit has always been kept under cover as pictured, when not in use. Excellent condition/no issues. Upgraded and comfortable mattresses in overhead sleeping loft and bedroom. We are selling because we are not using it as much as we thought we would. We are located in South Louisiana.
