It's a great trailer, no leaks, smells and everything works. Brand new bed and took out the dinette table to make it more cozy and practical. You can add the table if you'd like one. It tucks nicely under the couch when you don't. The weight did not change much with the little remodel, I made sure to keep it about the same. That couch will lay flat making another bed. The rug will stay, that is maybe a month old and is washable. Comes w a ton of extra stuff, away bar/stabilizer bar, straw mat to track less dirt into the trailer, shades one side one front of awning etc
