THEY DON'T BUILD THEM LIKE THIS ANYMORE!Selling because we have decided to move to a 5th wheel and slow down our travel. 77000 miles on a diesel engine is barely broken in!Rig is a solid, well maintained, headache-free motorhome. We both work remote, so we had it professionally customized to fit our need. Carpet replaced with wood laminate, converted dinette to desk, added tv (on lift) and fireplace, had front TV removed and cabinet doors built to match. Rig wired for better connectivity, use of a centralized router and Starlink. Queen bed converted to king. Rig comes with extended warranty good through Nov 2025. Warranty covers every single thing on this coach from chassis to powertrain to seals, gaskets, etc. literally EVERYTHING. There is a $100 copay, and it covers mobile mechanics so you can just have the repairs come to you without interrupting your trip. Over the course of ownership the warranty has replaced/repaired engine turbo, brakes, driver/front AC, hydraulic seal leak, slide motor (drivers side bedroom), step motor, carbon monoxide detector, bathroom faucet, hot water tank, chassis batteries and in the last year they put in a brand new 4 door stainless steel Norcold fridge and replaced both the front and back AC's. There is a dent in the back bay door on the passenger side from the previous owner, and the original Diamond Shield on the front cap over the windshield is unsurprisingly peeling. Generator is perfect working order @ 1939.7 hrs and has been rigorously maintained and professionally serviced as has the engine per manufacturer guidelines. Full engine service was just done last month. Tires were all replaced in Spring 2023 with Toyo M177's.Perfect size for State and National parks at 36 feet and don't let anyone tell you that she's too old for parks with age rules. We have NEVER once been turned away due to RV age and we've been all over the US. If they have a rule, we simply send a photo and are always greenlighted. There are opposing slides in both the living and bedroom areas which makes it feel huge inside. Theres premium hardwood cabinetry, a Fisher-Pakel dishwasher and Splendide combo washer/dryer.Underneath there's two huge passthroughs, one equipped with a full pull out tray accessible from either side of the coach. Smooth and stable ride thanks to CAT engine and sturdy chassis, air suspension, stabilizer bar and leveling jacks ensure a comfortable driving experience.
