Very recently completed finished space in an enclosed 6 foot by 12 foot trailer. My husband built it to be an office space, but it could be used for many purposes such as long term camping or a place for out of town guests to stay. You could use it as climate controlled storage or a craft room. The possibilities are endless!Complete with an extra quiet window A/C unit (the unit sits outside the window, thus reducing the noise greatly) and a 30 amp (RV) power cord. You dont really need an RV hookup because the A/C is rated to run at a maximum of 710 watts, and an attachment for the power cord is included that allows you to plug into a regular outlet.A standard home power outlet allows about 1400 watts, so you still have about 700 watts to power whatever you need in the trailer with the A/C running. If you have a 30 amp RV hookup, you can utilize the full 30 amps.The A/C unit used can be found here: https://a.co/d/4Fa6YifThere are two outlets in the trailer (each one on its own circuit), so plenty of ability to power various things. We ran a computer, printer, lamp and A/C.**One thing to note: It may be possible but wouldnt be advisable to travel with the trailer without taking out the window A/C unit, which does take a bit of time.
