There are three issues with the RV: 1) The ceiling molding/trim in the bedroom is coming loose, and the ceiling panel is sagging. Needs to be reglued.2) The shade for the large living room window has come off its roller. I have the shade and roller, just needs to be reglued.3) The shade for one of the side windows has a 5-6" rip. I have the shade.Other than the issues listed above, the 5th wheel is in great shape and is very clean. All of the appliances and equipment work as designed. The furniture is in good shape with no rips or tears. We have dogs and they have stayed in the RV. Non-smokers. There is a residential refrigerator, which is really nice, however it does not run off of propane. The RV value on JD Power is $53,250 for Average Retail. I have discounted the price for the issues listed above and to move it along.The RV will comes with an Anderson 5th wheel hitch. I might consider a partial trade plus cash for a nice golf cart or side by side. The RV is stored in covered parking in Justin, TX and is plugged in, so its easy to show and see the coach.
