This 2017 Lance model #1995 has $6800 worth of upgrades designed to maximize its off-grid utility, all of which are installed. It is a 4 season all-weather certified camper that can be easily towed with a half-ton truck. Lots of storage, lots of light, all the comforts of home with a view from wherever you want to place it.

-The large U-shaped dinette measures 5’-4” wide by 6’-6” long, folds into a bed, has two

-Awning has a built-in wind sensor and retracts automatically if it senses too much wind and is

-A soft start system is installed on the air conditioner so it can be operated by a small (2000 watt) generator

-Added a Lippert Solid Step which swings down from inside, adds serious stability and is adjustable to irregular ground levels

-Had a heavy duty bumper fabricated for sufficient strength for E-bikes

-Added closet shelving for more efficient storage

-Fan over bed upgraded to reversible variable speed fan

-Original wimpy bath exhaust fan upgraded to Fantastic Fan

-Both fans have Maxxair vent covers so they can be left open in rain.

-7” monitor and 2 cameras included, one on the RV and one for tow vehicle

This camp trailer has many substantial and useful upgrades that enhance the camping experience which came at a cost of $6800 plus installation. It is in excellent condition. Everything is in working order. Have manuals for all of the various components. It is ready to roll though currently winterized via air pressure, so just add water and go.
