Description

We have owned this beauty for four years. My family and I have hit 41 of 50 states, adding over 20K miles to the unit, and it's time to get a passport for international travel, because we have seen why America is Great (and will be again)!

Why is this better than the other Berkshires listed? It has the 360 horsepower engine (so it's ready to go). It's equipped with a 10K tow bar, Air Force One towing connection and a Blue Ox tow bar and all connections (those are worth $4k). You only need to add the tow bar and Air Force one connection to your car and you are ready to go (will cost you about $1500).

Common problems with the Berkshire / Cummins engine have been addressed. We spent $6K re-upholstering the two captain chairs and love seat to avoid the common peeling leather. We spent $6k addressing the Cummins engine fan clutch issue common to these machines, and $2K for the NOX sensor replacement. We upgraded the TV, and will leave you the sheets, plates, utensils, pans, coffee maker, multiple hoses, camping chairs, travel grill, two auxiliary 30 gallon propane tanks (and toilet paper). We have completed all of the regular maintenance to keep the unit running smooth and ready for you.

With all of that, I am asking $3K below the average retail price from JD Power. Why? Well, like everything that needs maintenance, there are some things to fix, which we can discuss. I have my coach people putting a quote together (minor issues like a slide solenoid replacement, step motor replacement, and some lighting issues). The coach is covered under a loan, so there will be an escrow process to close. It's been great to us, and ready for you and your family!

Don't call me -- send me a text or email if you have questions. Thanks.
