2007 Fleetwood Utah.  Great condition. Was only stored in garage until 2 yrs ago and then covered by rv cover as shown.  King beds. Dark gray king sheet sets and king comforters for each bed  included. Very comfortable with three inch mattress pads on each bed on top of the mattress. Mattresses have always been covered by zippered mattress covers. Toilet, sink, stove, heater, outside shower all work well.  Permanent registration so you'll only register it to you without future costs. Opens and rises easily. Beds pull out and close smoothly.  Dining area slide out offers additional space.  

Also includes custom made pop up gizmos to cover slide out and beds.

We absolutely love this pop up but we need something with more room as our family has grown.  The next owner will enjoy!  Asking $8500 or best offer.
