This custom 2004 Ford E350 box truck has been transformed into a fully self-contained studio apartment on wheels, ideal for full-time living, weekend escapes, or off-grid adventures. Mechanically, it’s running well with no known issues. The exterior maintains the original “work truck” look, while the interior is in excellent shape. It’s been professionally cleaned and freshly painted to ensure it’s ready for the next owner. It’s a custom build, so it has a bit of character from being lived in, but overall, it’s in great shape.

I’ve owned it this amazing conversion for 2 1/2 years as the second owner. The first owner had it for a year after completing the conversion, and I purchased it from him.
