Camper has isolated water damage near slide-out - ceiling and floor appear soft. Rest of camper in great shape. Owned for 11 years and recently had front bed panel replaced, hot water heater regulator repaired, replaced awning material, tires in great shaped. All appliances work. Will consider all offers.
