Excellent exterior and interior condition. Maintained through dealer warranty and manufacturer warranty as well as yearly inspections by Giant Recreation World. We did some modifications since I have spinal cord injury. We removed the sofa seats facing the TV and installed a Laz boy Recliner. Removed the beds and added orthopedic beds custom made by Axel Bloom German Adjustable Beds  in California, you can still access the storage space under the beds from inside the RV as well as from the outside cubby.. Last we replaced the TV with a 55 inch OLED C3 TV. All of this was done by a custom RV shop we just provided them with the items and they did the installs
