1997 Winnebago Adventurer in fair condition. It is 35’ and takes gas. Note on the miles - the odometer says 63082 but I cannot confirm mileage. The engine is in good working condition. Just replaced the starter battery, the deep cycle batteries for the living conditions need replaced. There is a problem with the living space electrical, many outlets don’t work. A drawer is missing. The exterior hatches do not stay up, and some must be jimmied open with a screwdriver. The awning is in poor condition and should be replaced due to mildew and corrosion. Still definitely usable, just needs some love. I would keep it and do the work myself, but I just don’t have the time. Me and my family won’t have much time to take it out either so we have been just paying for storage (outside). Really heartbroken that I have to get rid of it. Needs a good home with someone who can take care of her and give some extra love. Tires are only a couple years ol, could probably use a once over and oil change by a mechanic. $4000 OBO
