Other things to note: There are two pullout storage units below the bed. There are windows installed with bug screens for easy ventilation. This van does not have a toilet installed but comes with a collapsible one (unused). In my many months traveling and boondocking, I never needed it once. This is a low roof van, but I lived in it comfortably (5'10 Male). It is a 118\' wheelbase and the height with the AC unit is 8'6.
