This trailer is in excellent condition. I am fussy about maintaining my equipment to the nth degree. All service is performed by a dealer. It has nearly $3,000 in options, including a sway control and load bearing hitch @$500, an awning over the slideout @ $450, and two $700 electric recliner chairs. It also has electric stabilizers. Also, I am leaving potable water hoses 2 @ $50 each (one short and one long for convenience), the best Gorilla brand sewer hoses (one long and one short for convenience when dumping), a surge protector @ $100, trailer cover for winter @ $300, and everything else needed to travel and camp. Also, the tires are just a year old and barely worn. There is not a better offer anywhere that I know of. I am not greedy; I desire that whoever purchases this unit be blessed. My wife and I have had to move into our son's in-law apartment, so we no longer have property on which to store the unit.
