Used only a few times, this trailer is beautiful and comfortable. It even still smells new! Like new condition and well-cared for the short time we’ve owned it. It’s stored under cover so it is not exposed to the daily elements. We installed upgraded keyless entry, which is very convenient. Also has upgraded slide-out covers to keep leaves and dirt off the slide-outs. This 31’ trailer has a king size bed, window seat, two fireplaces, two recliner-sofa, a grand dinette that makes into a bed and beautiful kitchen with plenty of counter space for cooking. It also has a separate panty which is amazing. It has LED lighting throughout and exterior LED night lights. Plenty of storage and we’ll include all of the trailer’s accoutrements (plates, cups, utensils, pots & pans, skillet, etc.- all new). We loved this trailer, but enjoy hoteling it more. If you want a beautiful RV, this is the one you need. High quality construction and great floorplan with lots of room to spread out. Extended warranty on this trailer. No brokers please.
