Power winch needs repair or replacement - manual crank needed to raise roof and roof will not stay up on its own…SAFETY HAZARD until repaired by qualified professional. Two small-ish holes in roof covered with flex seal patches. Seals held up but roof should be repaired. No known leaks when roof is raised. Camper has leaked when roof was in down position. Perimeter seal may need to be replaced. Currently tarped when folded down. Battery needs to be replaced. Kitchen sink drain hose needs to be repaired or replaced.Camper hasn’t been on the road in a couple of years so condition of wheels, bearings, and braking system are unknown.Mostly driveway camping in recent years. Beds and slide-out operate well. Both refrigerators, heater, water heater, A/C, shower function.Tons of accessories including BAL leveler, wheel stabilizer included.
