E 350 Gas V8 powered Motorhome. Mileage is just under 12000. This RV has been well kept and lightly used. Everything is in very good condition. The only thing that seems to be an issue at the moment is the power awning does not want to come out for some reason. Never used by kids or pets so all furniture and fixtures are are in great condition. Engine has had very regular oil changes, the on board generator has as well.
