10/30/2024 update

Awning Gas shocks replaced

We bought new 6/30/2023.

It was perfect for us, until we had a 2nd kid. Best we could find without anyone lacking space was buying a house. So we have the house and are selling the camper.

Everything works as it should, except for the awnings.

Awning #1 the strut is wearing, I have a new one on order and will replace soon.

Awning #2 the strut is preventing the Awning from rolling out. New one is on order and will be replaced soon.

I have updated the bunk house room with the big storage shelf/box that Jayco is putting in the new models.

Also, I have 2 extra 4 inch shelves in the bathroom, in which Jayco removed completely because of the way they installed the new box.

The shelves in the front closet have been removed, as we had the washer/dryer combo installed.

I'm not aware of anything else worth mentioning, other then we have only towed it maybe about 3000 miles.

I do currently owe USAA Federal Savings Bank $33,000.00 for the unit. Bill of sale will accompany the cash swap, which will allow you to register it. When the bank sends me the title, I will sign it over to you.

I am open to you having an inspector come out, at your cost. I can accommodate an inspector almost 24/7. I can hook it to power, and water also.
