This premium RV has been extremely well-maintained. I don't make this kind of investment and let it get trashed. It was purchased brand new 2 weeks after it was built; never allowed to be viewed by anyone at the dealer except me.-Exterior/roof washed and kept clean all year.-Exterior treated with premium wax/UV protectant as well as the 3 awnings yearly.-New LP regulator (original failed internally)-Extremely bright LED backup lights.-Hot water tank drained cleaned yearly. New anode this year-NEVER had animals or smoked in.-Lines drained and all P-traps filled with anti-freeze during storage-Interior heated during winter-All 3 vents are the Max-Air with remote.-Rubber mats in cabinets to prevent shift of items during transit-Bedroom/Bathroom door handles upgraded to units that can be locked-Twin 6-volt batteries, always maintained with proper water level and trickle charge-Two 7-gallon propane tanks with cover. (Not shown in pictures)-All appliances work perfectly. Fireplace and furnace still smell new when used.-Meticulously cleaned before, during and after being used as seen in pictures.There is absolutely nothing wrong with this RV. We have decided to switch over to the toy hauler crowd, so this one needs to go. MSRP of this model new is just under $83,000. Most dealers are asking $65,000+/-. I am asking $39,500 or best reasonable offer. Don't hesitate to make an offer, you might be surprised. If you are looking for a premium trailer that has been kept maintained and cleaned from the start and is in like new condition you won't find a better RV than this one. Do yourself a favor and do some research on this brand but also compare it to what is out there used, you'll agree that this is a good deal.
