For the past 18 months this has been lived in by a single adult. The porch is not attached and is not included in the sale. Although I am open to offers on it.
Everything works inside and out. The living room TV is missing but the rig does have a satellite dish on top. The awning is getting pretty worn as seen in pictures.
It's currently connected to power and water so everything can be tested.
It's ready to be unhoked and pulled away.
