One owner Alfa in excellent shape.  Set up for Boondocking!  6 roof mounted solar panels (1962 watts), Magnum 3000 watt inverter, Magnum solar controller, and 8-110Ah lithium batteries.  Refrigerator cooling unit was replaced with an all electric “Amish” unit from JC Refrigeration that will keep ice cream hard.  New flat screen TV.  All fluids changed and tune up done recently.  Upgraded to 10K hitch.  Full bra.  Sun shade fabric for front windows.  New roof!  Reverse osmosis water filtration system for kitchen water dispenser.  Convection microwave.  Splendide washer/dryer combo.  Rear bedroom with queen mattress frame - WILL NEED NEW MATTRESS.  Couch folds out to another queen bed.  All systems have been checked out and are working.  Toyo tires should be good for 1-2 years before they’ll need replaced.  Need to sell and will consider all reasonable offers.  Located in Yuma,AZ.
