This is a perfect family trailer towing under 26' feet (25ft 11in). The big 60" x 74" murphy bed folds up to allow it to be a sofa during the daytime. The double 48" x 72" bunkhouse is great for kids to sleep and even fits adults comfortably. The bottom bunk folds up for even more storage and toys or lawn chairs will fit nicely underneath. The giant 18' awning with convenient lighting goes almost all the way across the unit that includes covering the outside kitchen. Great sized bathroom with plenty of room to move around, unlike many other travel trailers. Includes exterior cover to use during winter months and to protect from sun during time not using it, memory foam for 3 of beds for added comfort and other extras included to serious buyer. Used less than planned for due to busy schedule. A great trailer ready to create lots of fun memories.
