The kitchen features a booth dinette that seats 4, solid surface countertops, 3 stove-top burners, a microwave, and glass-fronted cabinets. The dinette table also converts to a bed which can sleep two children or 1 adult.

In July 2024, the tandem axle leaf spring shackles were upgraded with brass sleeves and grease fittings, four new Goodyear Endurance tires were mounted, and a new AC unit was installed. The dinette and sofa seat cushions were also replaced.

Included is an 8-inch Latex queen mattress. The refrigerator is a spacious 12 cubic feet. Storage shelves have been added to the bathroom closet, providing lots of storage space, and ten clear storage bins are included. The EAZ Lift ReCurve R6 Weight Distribution Hitch with On/Off Sway Control is included. Also included are two propane tanks and an electric trailer tongue jack. The water heater is gas. There is a large pass-thru storage space in the front under the Murphy bed. The JT Strong Arm stabilization bars keep the unit steady when parked.
