In addition to the excellent overall condition, 2 years ago a new vinyl TPO roof was installed as part of normal age related maintenance (a $15,000 job), the coach had new brakes installed, and the generator was fully serviced. An added bonus is lifetime free Sirius Radio on this coach! 

Please note, there are a few 3-5mm chips on the front paint of the coach and a crack above the passenger rear wheel well.
