Entire roof recently re-sealed with all new vents and covers. NO LEAKS, 100% DRY INSIDE. New bathroom fan and new main cabin "Fantastic Fan". New digital thermostat and control board in A/C unit. A/C, Furnace, water heater, stove top, oven, microwave and water pump work perfectly. Fridge and Freezer work perfectly. Most all interior and exterior lights converted to LED. New smart TV. New DIN mount stereo, with blue tooth and Sirius/XM capable. USB charging port. New 12V battery. New fabric on big side awning. Rear door awning is perfect. Remote controlled power leveling jacks. Extra long RV 7 way plug to connect to trucks rear bumper plug, no special wiring required. This camper came new equipped with an on board Generac propane powered generator. It never worked. To save weight, it was removed and scrapped. THERE IS NO ONBOARD GENERATOR ON THIS CAMPER. Comes with all four twist tensioning tie downs.
