Hi. My name is Carol Koon and I am helping the owners of this 2010 Phaeton 40 QTH with their sale. This fine motorhome is located at and being stored at Belmont RV Park in Belmont, MS, and it is ready to take on the road. It is in great condition and has 2021 tires on it. This is a quad slide motorhome with a mid bath (1 toilet) that closes off front and back to make a giant private space for you and/or your guests to enjoy. In the living room there are opposing sofas that both make into beds for a sleeping capacity of 6. Passenger side sofa is an air coil hide a bed and the driver side sofa is a Magic Bed. In the main bedroom, this super comfy Queen sized bed has a new mattress (sized 60 x 80 x 14) on it. There are new tvs installed in the coach to bring them up to date. There is also a new microwave installed in the kitchen. This coach has a stack washer and dryer in the bedroom to the left of the closet. There are two slide trays in the basement to make the items in exterior storage easy to reach from either side.

The motorhome will come with a Blue Ox tow bar and an RV II braking system. Maintenance on motor and chassis has been performed at Empire Truck in Winona MS and T@G Freightliner in Memphis TN. This is a 2 owner coach, with the current owner purchasing it in 2016. There is NO SMOKING in this coach and they did have a pet for a short time when they first owned the coach but their pet passed some time ago and there has not been another pet in the coach since. The upholstery is original and in great shape. The exterior and the interior are both extremely well kept and there are no mods.
