The clear coat has failed on the drivers side. It would look better sanded and resprayed. There are also spray on coatings that temporarily fix it.

Tires are Michelins about six years old so should be good for a few more years. The two big slides have had the motors replaced.

I removed the long sleeper couch and love seat and replaced the couch with theater seats and replaced the opposing love seat with an electric fireplace and 46 tv which has an electric lift to lower for driving. Fridge had an Amish built cooling unit replaced ten years ago. I turned it on a week ago and it got cold. Today it wasnt very cool so it may need addressed. It has some needs and has some good bones and has life left innit for the right person.
