We just received this 2021 KZ Sportsman 170MB RV. I don't think it has ever been camped in. The interior is very clean, in fact, it still looks brand new. 
The hitch weight is 420 lbs and the curb weight is 2,860 lbs. So you can tow this RV with just about any vehicle. 
It has a power awning with LED lights, outside speakers, a spare tire, 4 manual leveling jacks (bring your cordless drill on the camping trip) a large pass through storage area, vinyl floors a stereo with USB ports, and all the tires are good. 
We have checked out the heat and A/C, the water heater, the water pump, the refrigerator, the cook-top and the bathroom. Everything works the way it should. This RV is ready to go camping.
