Currently near State College, PA. This 2018 2950RL is in great condition with the exception of the Thomas Payne faux leather sofa and media chairs which are peeling pretty badly. We have new slip-covers on them that work well and can be seen in the pictures. It has 4 dining room chairs, only two shown in the pictures. The electric fireplace below the 40 inch TV is great on chilly nights and puts out a lot of heat. We are the original owners and it was kept in covered storage up until 17 months ago when we put it on an annually leased site in PA and used it for PSU football weekends. Two AC's can make it cold in this trailer even on Texas hot 100 degree days. Opposing slides in the rear living room provide a lot of usable space. 50 gallons of fresh water and 70 gallons of gray water capacity are great for boondocking for several days at a time. We have always had a foam mattress topper on the mattress, so the mattress itself is essentially brand new. It's 8995 lbs fully loaded. Trailer is currently located near State College, PA.
