We are very willing to negotiate but please be respectful.

This rig has a unique and spacious front bunk layout. It is a 30 AMP hookup with 2 driver sided slides.

A second AC unit has been added to the rig in the main (back/master) bedroom. It runs very cold in the summer and warm in the winter. It also doubles as a dehumidifier.

JT strongarms have been installed for increased stability.

A new water pump has been installed.

There is a separate toilet room with a new, powerful, Maxxair ventilation fan.

Open space for a couch, desk, or even a bed/crib behind the dinette.

Ample kitchen/pantry storage.

A few things to note:

-A bunk in the front bunk house has been removed. A crib was previously in place but we can easily add the bunk back upon request.

-The back stabilizers will need to be replaced (maybe $500) or straightened. They are still very usable but a bit wobbly.

-We will include all 30 AMP converters, septic hook ups, and the ice maker with the fifth wheel.

-The basket on the back of the rig can be removed for convenience. We had no issues backing into 35ft sites with the extra length. It was great for hauling a generator for boondocking!

-There is no washer/dryer hook up but I have seen additions made to the front bench area under the TV.
