Description
This 44-foot toy hauler that comes equipped with a Cummins generator, a 110-gallon freshwater tank, and a 40-gallon fuel tank. It has numerous add-ons listed above. We lived in it full-time for four years and it was never stored unattended so there are no leaks or rot. Everything works and is in great condition. I never used it not the roads in the winter
ADD-ONS:-Additional 180 pounds of propane storage: $2,000
New roof (2021): $18,000
New AC units (2021) $3,000
All fans converted to MaxxFan Standard 4500K (2020): $1,600 (https://www.campingworld.com/maxxfan-standard-4500k-55477.html?cgid=rv-roof-vents-fans)-
Two Battle Born batteries (2022) $2,000 (https://battlebornbatteries.com/product/12v-lifepo4-deep-cycle-battery/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADN-aZmj8dlPFojagd3CtBr60Dn1m)
Upgraded from stock E to stock G-rated tires for increased durability and puncture resistance (2022): $2,000
Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - 20,000 lbs: $1600 (https://www.etrailer.com/5th-Wheel-Gooseneck-Adapter/Reese/RP85FR.html)
SUSPENSION & WHEELS —The toy hauler came stock with E rated tires. In my opinion, that’s probably unsafe as the trailer unloaded comes close to the weight rating of those wheels. We swapped it over to F rated tires, so the combined load capacity is double the weight of the trailer allowing you to throw whatever toys you want in the back without worrying about overloading it. The camper also comes with auto leveling jacks, making leveling the camper super easy.
PROPANE & VENTILATION — The front has additional hookups for two separate 90-pound propane tanks, providing onboard storage for 260 pounds of propane (more than enough for a month of boondocking in cold weather). All fans have been upgraded to Maxxair fans with permanent covers, allowing you to keep them open in the rain.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS — We replaced both of the AC units and had a new roof installed when we purchased the camper four years ago. A trailer hitch has been installed for triple towing. The camper has onboard Battle Born batteries and an inverter. The floors were redone as my wife did not like the look of the old floors, and the camper was repainted to replace the dark color often used on this time frame models. All lights have been converted to LED.
