Time to sell my camper. We just are not using it enough. It has 71K miles and a clear title in hand. I have around 900 hours on the generator and was recently serviced. I just put on new tires, fresh alignment and new AC motor. Everything works great and no leaks. I keep it at a storage site in Commerce city and that is about 50 minutes aways, so please only schedule showings if you a very seriously interested.  Both Slide-outs work. I am the second owner. It was bought here in state and does not have rust issues. It has 1 TV and i can throw in a satellite for Comcast. Carpet is mediocre, in the main lobby. Otherwise in great shape. 2 queen beds and 2 basically small fulls.
