In great condition, everything works, cold AC, hot heater, no leaks, non smoking, new queen mattress, 2 propane tanks, 2 gray tanks, large black tanks, will throw in distribution hitch and some other items if needed. Lived in it for a few months while home is being renovated, now don’t have time to use it.
