Nicely cared for, has been used about 45 calendar days in three years. Selling due to kids getting older. This travel trailer is clean, comfortable, and has been maintained. Recently fully inspected, roof cleaned and sealed, in great condition. Sleeping space for up to 7 people, if some are small people (queen bed, two full bunks, one table that converts to a bed). The standard mattresses have been enhanced with egg crates on the full size, and a tempurpedic cover on the queen.Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, burners, oven, fridge, a speaker system, cable hookups and plenty of USB / electrical outlets, air conditioning / heat, and plenty of storage. Outside you will find a double gas burner and mini fridge, power awning, outdoor speaker system, and additional storage. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Comes with a winter cover and hitch, but your auto will need wiring for the breaking system.The Coleman Lantern LT is approximately 26' in length and (I believe) weighs approximately 4,500 lbs unloaded, and can be towed by many large SUVs and trucks (we use an Armada). I have the owner's manual and both sets of keys.There is some discoloration on the floor of the shower (came like that). There are a few scratches on the cabinetry under the sink. There is one electrical outlet on the right side of the queen bed that does not work. Trying to price accordingly.
