2006 Work & Play Toy Hauler 40FK.

Specs for a 2006 Work & Play. Floorplan: 40FK. Garage length: 20ft Garage. 7000w Onan Generator, 50amp service. Anyone familiar with Work & play toy haulers, pretty much knows exactly what this is. No money spared when completing it, throughout the last year. I have added large windows in garage area, not only does it make it look better, but it gives you a nice second living area. 55 inch smart TV, extra reclining chairs, & I’m sure before I’m done, I’ll forget a lot of what we have done. As you can see, not only have I put new wheels, & 14 ply tires. I’ve also replaced all of the hubs, brakes, & bearings. Everything is new, generator was just serviced, new fuel pump, & a new carburetor. It runs perfect. I’ve added a second air conditioning unit, with a heat pump, it is converted to 50 amp. Fold up tables in the rear, also two fold down beds, with motorcycle ramps. This unit has a 4000 super winch, for your race cars or show cars. It also has an onboard battery charger, & also an onboard air compressor. During the remodel, I put all new flooring upfront, new water pump, new mattress, & as you can see, everything is in great condition, especially for its age. I also had the outside professionally buffed, & polished when I was snowbirding in Lake Havasu this winter. I had special window covers made for the inside of the windows, in the garage area. I also have Jack’s, & fencing to make the rear garage door a patio area. Power awning, New LED lights in the garage. Everything was professionally maintenance, & checked out.
