We purchased this unit in Aug 2021. Excellent unit to drive, very maneuverable for its size (37 foot). Dual AC (house and toy hauler). Over cab bunk plus folding dining table into bunk. Loveseat with dual automatic recliners. Comes with 2 spare tires. Has trailer hitch and brake controller. Toy hauler has automatic lift and overhead door.Reason for selling is we no longer travel with our horses.
