Single owner, non-smokers. We have absolutely loved this coach. We purchased it new in September of 2019 and have kept it covered and plugged in. It has had all regular maintenance and was recently waxed. It has about 13000 miles on it. It comfortably sleeps 9 with King size bed in the master, bunks that convert to a closet if not needed, dinette converts to an oversized twin, sofa folds into a full size bed and overhead dropdown is a full size bed. It has 5 TVs including an upgraded Fire TV in the living area and the outdoor TV has a sound bar. It has Firefly command center that digitally controls lights, AC’s etc. and will work via an app with Bluetooth. WiFi booster, outdoor kitchen with a sink and fridge, front seats swivel with a table to create extra seating, passenger seat has a pull out workstation. One thing we have loved is that it has a ton of storage indoors and out. Other upgrades include Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer, Roadmaster anti-sway bar, RV Snap pads, Roadmaster tow bar and digital TPMS with flow-thru sensors. The only reason we are selling is due to an upgrade to a diesel pusher.
