Description

REDUCED!! 10/28 From $45,000 to $42,500

Up for sale is our 2019 Jayco Eagle 319 MLOK. We are the third owners, of the trailer and have had it for 2 summers of fun. It has been in covered storage its whole life as will be obvious by the condition of the unit when you see it. It is in great shape, and needs NOTHING! Due to a variety of reasons, we have decided to go the toyhauler route, and thus will be selling this trailer. In regards to the specs of the trailer, it has a large side by side Residential Fridge/Freezer, and outside kitchen with propane grill and small 120V fridge. It has a 30 AMP inverter that runs the fridges off of the 2 house batteries (new in September 2024) while disconnected from shore power. The trailer has (2) 15k a/c units, one of which has a heat pump. It also has an electric fireplace and furnace. In the living room, there are 2 recliners as well as a couch that folds out into a full sized bed. The tires are new this summer (14th week of 2024 date code), and are heavy duty F-load rated, 12 ply models with Chevrolet compatible pressure and temperature TPMS sensors installed in them. I have a Voyager backup camera and monitor that will go with the unit. Now for the biggest selling point of this camper: The unit has a BRAND NEW ROOF AND FRONT A/C Unit, and here is a short version of why: We were in Glacier National Park during Hurricane Beryl in Houston this summer. Apparently during the storm, a cable line that runs overhead across our street became slacked. Upon arrival home, I drove under it as usual, but unfortunately snagged the front A/C unit, and ripped a couple of holes in the TPO membrane and cracked the front A/C unit housing. (I have pics of the incident if anyone is interested). Fortunately I stopped quickly and did no structural damage to anything other than the membrane and A/C unit housing. As a result, the trailer has a brand new PVC membrane and Coleman Mach a/c unit ($16,841.31). PVC is superior to the original TPO as it is thicker, more puncture resistant and requires less maintenance than TPO. I have spoken to the shop that did the work, and they will honor the lifetime warranty for the roof (includes labor by the way), and the 2 year warranty for the new A/C unit with the new owners. I will provide the receipts and contact information to the new owners. According to JD Power, average retail on this unit is $43,150. I am starting at $45,000 due to the fact that the trailer has new tires, house batteries, and a new roof and a/c unit, but I am open to reasonable offers.
