Couch folds out to a twin sleeps 5-6.Working Kitchen with Stove microwave and Refrigerator runs Propane or electric. Plenty of food storage . Bathroom with Small shower and tub .All working. New Awning installed a year ago. New Tires , new batteries , Propane full. Working fuel station and outside shower. all lights work well.

Not working: Generator,Trailer has been sitting for 2 years.Generator fires but won't stay running. Fuel is old. Carb replaced 2 years ago. Low hours. Ran good when it last started. Roof needs another coating. Not leaking but it is time for its regular maintenance reseal
