It has been maintained regularly and stored inside when not in use.The batteries for the coach have been replaced this past summer. The batteries for the chassis are 10 years old but show no indication of failing. One tire on the rear was replace last year due to a cut in it, The other 5 are like new looking but are 8 or 9 years old. Has been serviced last summer and only traveled 300 miles since. The price reflects the need for batteries and tires. Also in need for some touch-up and cosmetic work, It runs and functions as it should.
